The benefits of treating your feet to a Foot Facial.

You may have thought you read that wrong, but you didn’t!

 

To keep their feet looking amazing in high heels and sandals (or jandals for many of us in NZ) the rich and famous are spending hundreds of dollars on “foot facials”.

You know when you need a foot facial especially when you spend a lot of time standing on your feet. They become tired, exhausted and maybe even a little swollen. The skin may get rough and thick with little (or big) cracks appearing around the heels. This can happen when your feet are subjected to different conditions like wearing high heels during the week, then jandals at the weekend.

Well, we have a home DIY remedy for you that will look like you have been to the spa.

Best to do this at night. Soak your feet in warm water with 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar for 30 minutes; then use a pumice stone to gently rub all over the feet. Apply Ooh-La-La Peppermint Pedi Bar or stick liberally over the feet then put on some cotton socks on until you go to bed or sleep in them and you will wake up and be amazed at the results.
