Push up a small amount from the bottom of the tube and apply to each underarm.Β A little goes a long way.
Pro tip:Β If the deodorant is hard to pushΒ up, roll it on a hard surface then tip the tube upside down with the lid on and push with both thumbs to release it from the sides.
