NZ delivery for purchases under $75 is $9.95
Free NZ delivery for purchases over $75 (except Rural delivery and Waiheke Island)
Rural delivery and Waiheke Island is $9.95
New Zealand delivery times are from 2-10 days depending on location.

Australia - Shipping cost is $15

Delivery times are 7-14 days depending on delivery location. NZ Post courier and then Australia Post.
Australian customers are responsible for any customs/tax payments in their local currency.  We do not accept any issues with local customs/taxes, these are the customers responsibility.

Returns

Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase, provided the goods are unopened and unused you may return them for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
You must inform us that an item is being returned so that we can alert the team to look out for it.

Due to the personal nature of our product, we do not have a ‘change of mind policy or dislike scent policy'.
Please note postage costs will not be refunded for the initial order or costs incurred returning the item to us.
If the goods are faulty, we will reimburse you for any postage costs you incur returning the item/s back to us. Without exception, we will not accept returns on open or used items, unless the item is faulty.
