NZ delivery for purchases under $50 is $7

Free NZ delivery for purchases over $50 (except rural & non local)

NZ delivery for Rural delivery is $8

New Zealand delivery times are from 2-10 days depending on location.

Australia - Shipping cost is $15

Delivery times are 7-14 days depending on delivery location. NZ Post courier and then Australia Post

Rest of World - Shipping cost is $40

We ship to only a few select countries.  If you country is not on the shipping list please get in touch with us at hello@rawnaturenz.com so we can help with a local partner.

International customers are responsible for any customs/tax payments in their local currency.  We do not accept any issues with local customs/taxes, these are the customers responsibility.

Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase, provided the goods are unopened and unused you may return them for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Due to the personal nature of our product, we do not have a ‘change of mind policy or dislike scent policy'.

Please note postage costs will not be refunded for the initial order or costs incurred returning the item to us.

If the goods are faulty we will reimburse you for any postage costs you incur returning the item/s back to us. Without exception, we will not accept returns on open or used items, unless the item is faulty.
